My photo is damaged, blurry or tiny. Will it still work?
Often, yes: that's exactly what restoration is for. Photograph the print lying flat, in daylight, with no glare. If the result can't be beautiful, I tell you before starting and refund you.
Will the person speak?
No, on purpose. No invented voice, no words put in the mouth of someone who is no longer here. The video keeps the restraint of the original photo.
What about the music?
I edit the video to the rhythm of the song you choose; you add it in two clicks from Instagram's music library when you post. To send it on WhatsApp or show it to the family, I can also add royalty-free music.
Can I send a photo of someone else?
Yes, if you have the right to: a family photo, with the consent of any living people in it (for a child, both parents' consent). I don't accept living celebrities or photos taken without people's knowledge.
How long does it take?
5 working days from receiving your photos, or 48 hours with the express option. For Christmas: order before Monday 14 December, or 21 December for express.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only for your video. They go through artificial intelligence tools, some of them hosted outside the European Union, and I delete them 30 days after delivery. I only show your video as an example if you allow me to in writing.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's secure payment page, when you order. Businesses pay a 50% deposit and the balance before the final file is sent. A custom video is made just for you: by ordering it, you waive the right of withdrawal, but if I can't make it, you are refunded.
